King Pellanor is Kerra and Phelan's father. He follows the Druids in all things. Whatever they demand, Pellanor will obey. His faith is absolute that they are the vessels of the divine, and allowed his wife to be judged and flayed alive by them. Pellanor is unconcerned about the Roman invasion, believing that they will fail as Julius Caesar did. Pellanor focuses on the conflict with the Regni tribe that has been made worse by his daughter's actions.

Ironically, the Druids deem him to be the sacrifice to the gods and Kerra his successor, not Phelan. In a gory ceremony, Pellanor is killed via the three-fold death, his heart and eyes cut out.
